Agent (proxy)
Delegated matters
Matter
Principal (you)

Write a Japanese letter of delegation (ininjo, a simple power of attorney) entirely in your browser — for anyone who wants a free template with no sign-up and no Word or Excel file to hunt for. Enter the agent's (proxy's) address and name, the delegated matters, and the principal's date, address and name, and an A4 delegation letter is previewed for you. Pick a Template to drop common matters into the form: bank (opening, closing or renaming a deposit account, requesting balance certificates), vehicle (transfer registration / change of ownership), city office (requesting residence records, seal-registration certificates and family registers) or meeting proxy (exercising voting rights) — then edit the text freely. Matters can be added or removed and appear as a numbered "matters" list. A seal box can be shown next to the principal's name and hidden when not needed. Click "Print / Save PDF" to open the print dialog at A4 actual size, then print or choose "Save as PDF". No install, no account, and nothing you enter — names, addresses or matters — is ever uploaded or stored; all layout happens on your device. A personal seal for sign-off and a cover letter for mailing documents can be made with the matching tools.

FAQ

Do I need to sign up or install anything?

No. There is no account and no software to install — open the page, fill in the form, and your delegation letter is ready. There is no Word or Excel template to hunt for either.

Can I use it for a bank, a vehicle name-change, a city office or a meeting proxy?

Yes. Pick a Template for bank, vehicle, city office or meeting proxy and the common delegated matters (account procedures, transfer registration / change of ownership, requesting residence or seal-registration certificates, exercising voting rights) are dropped into the form for you to edit. Adjust the wording to match the form the recipient requires.

I'm not sure how to write one. Will it give a proper format?

The agent, delegated matters and principal blocks, plus the classic "matters … end" layout, are laid out for you, so you just fill them in and get a complete, well-structured delegation letter with numbered matters.

Can I add a seal box?

Yes. A seal box can be shown next to the principal's name, and hidden in one click when you don't need it. Whether a registered or simple seal is required depends on the recipient's instructions.

Are the names, addresses or matters stored?

No. All layout happens in your browser; the names, addresses and matters you enter are never uploaded or stored. Only the seal-box visibility and accent-color choices are remembered on this device.
