Make a Japanese work-history sheet (shokumu-keirekisho), the career résumé that accompanies a Japanese rirekisho, entirely in your browser, then print it or save it as PDF — for anyone who wants a free template with no sign-up and no Word or Excel file to hunt for. Enter your name and the date, then write a short career summary (your background, years of experience and core strengths in 2–3 lines). Add one block per company with "Add company": each block holds the period, company name, a note on the business / size / employment type, and your duties and achievements. Write duties one per line and they are laid out as bullet points. Switch the order between "Newest first" (reverse-chronological, common for mid-career applications) and "Oldest first" in one click. There are further sections for experience, knowledge and skills, licenses and qualifications, and self-PR, and the qualifications section can be hidden when unused. You can pick an accent color for the section headers, and the content paginates automatically across A4 pages. Click "Print / Save PDF" to open the print dialog at A4 actual size, then print or choose "Save as PDF". Your name, work history, self-PR and everything else are never uploaded or stored — all layout happens on your device — and only the order, qualifications-section visibility and accent color are remembered. A separate tool makes the rirekisho resume, and an addressed envelope and cover letter can be made with the matching tools.

FAQ
Do I need to sign up or install anything, and is it free?
No. There is no account and no software to install, and no Word or Excel template to hunt for. Everything runs in your browser and is free. Your name, work history and self-PR are never uploaded or stored — only the order, qualifications-section visibility and accent color are remembered on this device.
Can I switch between oldest-first and newest-first order?
Yes. The "Order" control switches between "Newest first" (reverse-chronological) and "Oldest first" in one click. Company blocks stay in the order you enter them, and choosing newest-first simply reverses the display — reverse-chronological is the common choice for mid-career applications.
Can I add several companies, and are duties shown as bullets?
Use "Add company" to add as many blocks as you need. Each block holds the period, company name, a business/size/employment-type note and duties; duties written one per line are laid out as bullet points, and the content paginates automatically when printed.
Can I save it as PDF, and what format is it?
Click "Print / Save PDF" to open the print dialog at A4 actual size, then print or choose "Save as PDF". The layout follows the common shokumu-keirekisho structure: career summary, work history, experience/knowledge/skills, licenses and qualifications, and self-PR.
Can I also make the rirekisho resume?
The rirekisho resume is a separate tool with a JIS / MHLW-style layout and ID-photo compositing. An addressed envelope and a cover letter for your application can also be made with the matching tools, all in the browser.
