Print addresses on a Japanese envelope entirely in your browser. Enter the recipient's postal code, address and name (with a suffix such as 様 / 御中) and the sender's details, and the envelope layout is drawn instantly. Choose the envelope size — Naga 3 (120×235 mm, for a tri-folded A4) or Kaku 2 (240×332 mm, for a flat A4) — and switch between vertical and horizontal writing. Each line of the address becomes one column (vertical) or one line (horizontal), so you can split the street number and building name neatly. Print it directly: the page is sized to the envelope's actual dimensions in millimetres, so feeding the envelope into your printer prints it 1:1 (do a test print on plain paper to fine-tune the position). You can also save it as a PNG. No hunting for a Word or Excel template — your address comes out in the shape of the envelope. All rendering happens in your browser; nothing you enter is uploaded or stored.

How to use

  1. Choose the envelope size (Naga 3 / Kaku 2) and the writing direction (vertical / horizontal).
  2. Enter the recipient's postal code, address and name (with a suffix), and the sender details (use line breaks to split the address into columns/lines).
  3. Click "Print" to print at the envelope's actual size, or "Download PNG" to save it as an image.

FAQ

Which envelope sizes are supported?

Both Naga 3 (120×235 mm, for a tri-folded A4) and Kaku 2 (240×332 mm, for a flat A4). Each can be addressed vertically or horizontally.

Can I print straight onto the envelope?

Yes. The print page is sized to the envelope's actual dimensions in millimetres, so feeding the envelope into your printer prints 1:1. Because printer feed direction and margins vary, do a test print on plain paper first to check the position.

How do I enter the address for vertical writing?

Each line of the address field becomes a separate column (vertical) or line (horizontal). Split the street number, building name and room number onto separate lines for a cleaner layout. Half-width digits are converted to full-width when writing vertically so they sit centred in the column.

Is anything I enter stored?

No. All rendering happens in your browser; the postal code, address and name you enter are never uploaded or stored. Only the envelope size and writing direction are remembered on this device.
