Build a monthly time card (timesheet) and calculate, print or save it as PDF entirely in your browser — for anyone who wants a free time-card calculator with no Excel formulas or templates to hunt for. Pick a name, year and month and the tool lays out one row per day of that month with the date and weekday (weekends are shaded). Enter the clock-in time, clock-out time and break (in minutes) for each day, and the worked time — clock-out minus clock-in minus break — is computed per day, with the total worked hours and number of days worked shown at the bottom. Overnight shifts (clock-out earlier than clock-in) are treated as the next day. Set a default break in the header (for example 60 minutes) and override it on any day. Rounding is adjustable with a unit (5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes, or none) and a direction (round down, nearest, or up), and the time display switches between h:mm and decimal hours. "Fill weekdays 9:00–18:00" drafts a standard week quickly, and "Clear times" starts over. Click "Print / Save PDF" to open the print dialog at A4 actual size, then print or choose "Save as PDF". Your name and clock times are never uploaded or stored — all calculation happens on your device — and only the rounding unit, direction, time display and accent color are remembered. This tool totals time only; it does not handle wages, pay or any monetary amounts.
How to use
- Pick a name, year and month (rows for each day, with weekday, are laid out automatically).
- Enter clock-in, clock-out and break (minutes) for each day; switch the rounding unit (e.g. 15 min), direction and display if needed, and use "Fill weekdays 9:00–18:00" to draft quickly.
- Check the per-day worked time and the total / days worked, then click "Print / Save PDF" to print at A4 actual size or choose "Save as PDF".
FAQ
Do I need to sign up or install anything, and is it free?
No. There is no account and no software to install, and no Excel formulas or templates to hunt for. Everything runs in your browser and is free. Your name and clock times are never uploaded or stored — only the rounding unit, direction, time display and accent color are remembered on this device.
Can I round to 15-minute units, and choose round down or up?
Yes. The "Rounding" control offers 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes (or none), and "Direction" lets you round down, to the nearest, or up. Rounding is applied to each day's worked time, and the total adds up those rounded values.
How are breaks and overnight (cross-midnight) shifts calculated?
Worked time is clock-out minus clock-in minus break. Set a default break in the header and override it on any day. When the clock-out time is earlier than clock-in (e.g. 22:00 to 06:00), it is treated as the next day and totaled correctly.
Can it calculate pay or overtime amounts?
No. This tool focuses on totaling worked time and does not handle hourly rates, wages or overtime pay. You can switch the display between h:mm and decimal hours (e.g. 8.50) so the figure is ready to use in a separate calculation.
Can I print it or save as PDF, and what format is it?
Click "Print / Save PDF" to open the print dialog at A4 actual size, then print or choose "Save as PDF". The format is a monthly time card with a month/name header and columns for date, weekday, in, out, break, worked and note, with the total and days worked at the bottom.
