Track monthly overtime hours and split them into overtime within the legal 8 hours, overtime over 8 hours, late-night hours and holiday work — entirely in your browser. Pick a name, year and month and the tool lays out one row per day with the date and weekday (weekends are shaded). Enter clock-in, clock-out and break (minutes) for each day; worked time is clock-out minus clock-in minus break, and the portion over your scheduled hours (selectable 7:00–8:00) up to the legal 8 hours counts as in-legal overtime, while anything over 8 hours counts as over-8h overtime. Hours overlapping the night window (22:00 to 05:00 next day) are counted as night, and any day you mark as a holiday counts entirely as holiday work. Overnight shifts (clock-out earlier than clock-in) are treated as the next day. Rounding is adjustable with a unit (5/10/15/30 minutes, or none) and direction (down, nearest, up), and the time display switches between h:mm and decimal hours, with totals per category at the bottom. "Fill weekdays 9:00–18:00" drafts a week quickly. Click "Print / Save PDF" to print at A4 actual size or save as PDF. Your name and clock times are never uploaded or stored — all calculation happens on your device — and only the scheduled hours, rounding unit, direction, display and accent color are remembered. This tool totals time only; it does not compute overtime pay or any monetary amounts.

FAQ
How are in-legal and over-8h overtime split?
Worked time is clock-out minus clock-in minus break. The portion above your scheduled hours (7:00–8:00, set in the toolbar) up to the legal 8 hours is in-legal overtime, and anything beyond 8 hours is over-8h overtime. For example, 7 scheduled hours and 9 worked hours give 1 hour in-legal (7→8h) and 1 hour over-8h.
Does it handle late-night and overnight shifts?
Yes. Hours overlapping the night window (22:00 to 05:00 next day) are counted as night. When clock-out is earlier than clock-in (e.g. 22:00 to 06:00), it is treated as the next day and the night overlap is computed correctly. Night is based on clock times, so breaks are not deducted from it.
Can it round to minutes (down / up)?
Yes. The "Rounding" control offers 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes (or none), and "Direction" lets you round down, to the nearest, or up. Rounding applies to each day's worked time and night hours, and totals add up those rounded values.
Can it calculate overtime pay or amounts?
No. This tool focuses on splitting and totaling overtime hours and does not compute overtime pay, premium rates or wages. You can switch the display between h:mm and decimal hours so the figure is ready for a separate calculation. Apply premium rates per your own rules.
Do I need to sign up or install anything, and is it free?
No. There is no account and no software to install. Everything runs in your browser and is free. Your name and clock times are never uploaded or stored — only the scheduled hours, rounding unit, direction, display and accent color are remembered on this device.
