Enter who you received from (with an honorific suffix), the amount (tax included), what it was for, the issue date, a receipt number, and your own details (company/name, address, phone and qualified-invoice registration number). The amount is shown prominently with the standard "Received the above amount" wording, and when you pick a tax rate (10%, 8% or 0%) the net amount and consumption tax are calculated automatically from the tax-included total — matching Japan's qualified simplified invoice format. How to use

FAQ
Do I need to sign up or install anything?
No. There is no account and no software to install — open the page, fill in the form, and your receipt is ready to print or save as PDF. There is no Excel template to hunt for either.
Is there a revenue-stamp box?
Yes. A box for the revenue stamp (収入印紙) appears automatically when the amount is ¥50,000 or more. You can also set it to always show or never show. Affixing and cancelling the actual stamp is up to you.
Can it show the description and a tax breakdown?
Yes. You can enter a specific description, and picking a tax rate (10% / 8% / 0%) breaks the tax-included total into net amount and consumption tax. You can also include a qualified-invoice registration number.
Can I save it as a PDF?
Yes. "Print / Save PDF" opens the print dialog at A4 actual size. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to export a PDF, or print directly on a home printer.
Is the payer name or amount stored?
