Make a quotation (estimate) entirely in your browser — built for freelancers, sole proprietors and small businesses in Japan who want a free quotation with no sign-up and no Excel template to hunt for. Enter the quotation number, issue date, valid-until date, the client (with an honorific suffix), a subject line, and your own details (company/name, address, phone and email). Add line items (description, quantity, unit price) row by row and the amounts, subtotal, consumption tax and total are calculated automatically. Choose a tax rate of 10%, 8% (reduced) or 0%, and how the tax is rounded (down, half-up or up). There are fields for delivery/payment terms and notes, and an accent color that tints the title and table header. Click "Print / Save PDF" to open the print dialog at A4 actual size, then print on a home printer or choose "Save as PDF". No install, no account, and nothing you enter — client name or amounts — is ever uploaded or stored; all calculation and layout happen on your device. Once the job is won, make the matching invoice with the same workflow.

How to use

FAQ

Do I need to sign up or install anything?

No. There is no account and no software to install — open the page, fill in the form, and your quotation is ready. There is no Excel template to hunt for either.

Can it calculate consumption tax?

Yes. Pick the tax rate (10% / 8% / 0%) and the consumption tax on the subtotal is calculated and shown automatically. You can choose rounding down, half-up or up. Amounts are simply computed from the unit prices and quantities you enter.

Can I save it as a PDF?

Yes. "Print / Save PDF" opens the print dialog at A4 actual size. Choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to export a PDF, or print directly on a home printer.

Can I make the invoice too?

Yes — there is a matching invoice maker (with a qualified-invoice number field) that uses the same workflow, so you can turn a won quotation into an invoice.

Is the client name or amounts stored?

No. All calculation and layout happen in your browser; the client name and amounts you enter are never uploaded or stored. Only the tax rate, rounding and accent color are remembered on this device.
