Make a phone message memo (a 'while you were out' slip) for jotting down calls and messages, laid out several up on A4 so you can print and cut them into slips. Just type a heading (Phone Message, etc.) and the check items (Called / Please call back / Will call again / Came to see you, etc.), and a memo with the standard fields — To, Date, From, Tel, the check boxes, a message area and a 'received by' line — is laid out for you. Choose 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 memos per page: at 6 up or 8 up you get several slips from a single A4 sheet, so you can cut them apart and keep a stack by the phone or leave one on a colleague's desk. The check items are fully editable, and you can set the number of ruled message lines, the typeface (serif/sans) and the heading underline accent color. A cut margin is left between the slips so they're easy to separate, in a simple, easy-to-use layout. These style choices are remembered next time, while the heading and check-item text you enter are never stored. The output is a white-background PNG, so you can print it at A4 actual size at home or a convenience store and cut it up, or paste it as an image into Word or a spreadsheet. Print as many as you need and reuse it as your office phone-message pad. Nothing you type — the heading or check items — is sent to a server or stored (only the style options are kept in your browser). Everything runs locally in your browser.
