A free printable habit tracker template you can build right in your browser. Choose between a monthly layout (a row of day cells 1–31, calendar style) and a weekly layout (seven weekday columns), then type in the habits you want to build — for example wake early, exercise, read, drink water. Set the title, the number of rows and the line color; any rows beyond your typed habits stay blank for writing in by hand. Pick the paper (A4 or A5) and orientation, and because the preview is drawn as an SVG at the paper's true physical size in millimeters, pressing Print outputs it at exactly the right scale — use your printer's "Save as PDF" to keep it as a PDF, or download directly as SVG or PNG. Great for slipping into a planner, sticking on the fridge, or sharing with the family — building habits on paper, no app required. Everything, including the habit names you type, stays in your browser and is never uploaded.
How to use
- Choose the layout (monthly or weekly) and the paper and orientation.
- Type your habits one per line, then set the title, number of rows and line color.
- Press Print to print (or save as PDF), or use Download SVG / PNG.
FAQ
Can I make a tracker with my own habits?
Yes. Type your habits one per line into "Habits" and each name appears down the left side of the table. If you set more rows than habits you typed, the extra rows stay blank so you can add more by hand.
Monthly or weekly — which layouts are there?
Both. "Monthly" gives a row of day cells (1–31, calendar style) for tracking across a month. "Weekly" gives seven weekday columns (Monday or Sunday start) for a one-week check-off.
Can I print it on A4 or A5, or make a PDF?
Yes. Pick A4 or A5 and the orientation, then press Print — it prints at that paper size with no extra margins, at true scale. Choose "Save as PDF" as the printer to keep it as a PDF, or download directly as SVG or PNG.
Can I make a planner-sized sheet?
Choose A5 for a size that slips easily into a planner or binder. Adjust the rows and color to suit — stick it on the fridge, share it with the family, whatever fits your routine.
Are the habit names I type uploaded anywhere?
No. The title and habit names, and generating and saving, all happen entirely in your browser, and nothing is sent to a server. Only layout settings like color are stored on your device for next time (the text you type is not saved), and Reset clears them.
