drag an image here
Make a character token (koma) image for Cocofolia (CCFOLIA) and other online TRPG sessions, entirely in your browser. Load a standing portrait or icon, scale and drag it inside a square canvas to position the face, and export it as a token PNG. Choose a round or square shape. Cocofolia accepts square images but often crops tokens to a circle on the board, so when you pick 'Square' the tool overlays a round-display guide (the inscribed circle) to help you position the face so it isn't cut off. Pick 'Round' and the area outside the circle becomes transparent in the exported PNG. The frame can be sized (0–15%) and colored, so giving each character a different frame color makes tokens easy to tell apart on the board. Leave the background transparent to keep the area around the art cut out, or uncheck it to fill a solid background color. Output sizes run from 256 to 600 px plus a custom px value. Besides 'Download PNG' you can 'Copy image' and paste the token straight in. Your shape, frame, background and size choices are remembered next time (the loaded image is never stored). The image you load is never sent to a server — everything runs locally in your browser.

FAQ
Should a Cocofolia token be round or square?
Cocofolia accepts square token images and usually crops them to a circle on the board. Pick 'Square' to export a square image with a round-display guide so the face isn't cut off when it's rounded, or pick 'Round' to export a PNG that is already transparent outside the circle so it works as a round token straight away.
Can each character have a different frame color?
Yes. You can set the frame width (0–15%) and color. Giving each character a different frame color makes tokens easy to tell apart on the board. Set the width to 0% for no frame. The frame is drawn over the image, so it appears as a border on round or square tokens alike.
Can the background be transparent?
Yes. Keep 'transparent' checked and the area around the art (and outside the circle) is exported as a transparent PNG. Uncheck it to fill a solid background color instead. Keeping it transparent means the surrounding square won't stand out when the token sits on a background image.
Is the image I load uploaded anywhere?
No. The image you load is never sent to a server — scaling, positioning, cropping and exporting all happen in your browser. Only your style options (shape, frame, background, size) are saved; the image itself is never stored.
