Can I split the tip and bill between several people?
Yes. Enter the number of people to split between and it divides the total (bill plus tip) evenly to show the amount per person. Tick "Round up each person's share" to round to a whole amount; it then shows the total collected and any rounding surplus.
Can I use currencies other than dollars?
Yes. Pick the currency symbol from $, €, £ or ¥. Dollars, euros and pounds show two decimal places and yen shows whole numbers — the calculation itself is the same regardless of symbol.
Are the amounts I enter stored or uploaded?
The bill amount is never sent to a server and is not saved. Everything is calculated in your browser (only settings like the tip rate, number of people, currency and round-up option are stored on your device for next time, and can be cleared with Reset).
