Overlay two images and wipe between them with a draggable divider — for before/after of an upscale, retouch, or inpaint. Drag the slider, or drag/click on the image, to move the seam. Pick the divider orientation and turn labels on to burn before/after captions in. If sizes differ, B is scaled to A. Download saves the current view (line + labels included) as a PNG. Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Overlay two images in your browser and wipe between them with a divider you can drag left/right (or up/down) — a classic before/after comparison slider. In an AI image workflow it's perfect for comparing before/after an upscale, a color correction, or an inpaint edit, all aligned in the same place. Load image A (before) and image B (after); the tool draws A over B and reveals A only on the near side of the divider. Drag the slider, or drag/click directly on the image, to move the divider and instantly see how the two differ along the seam. Choose the divider orientation — Left / right (a vertical divider) or Top / bottom (a horizontal divider) — and turn Labels on to burn before / after captions into the image. If the two images differ in size, B is scaled to A's size before overlaying. The comparison you see (divider line and labels included) can be saved as a PNG at the current divider position, so you can export a ready-to-post before/after image for social media or an article. Processing is capped at 2048px on the long side to stay responsive. All computation and drawing happen in your browser — the images are never sent to any server or API.

How to use

  1. Load image A (before) and image B (after) by dropping, clicking, or pasting (nothing is uploaded).
  2. Drag the divider or swipe over the image to set the position, then tune the orientation (left/right or top/bottom) and labels.
  3. At a position you like, click Download PNG to save the comparison image with the divider line and labels included.

FAQ

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. Loading, overlaying, and PNG export all happen inside your browser. Neither image is ever sent to any server or API — it all stays on your device.

Can I compare two images of different sizes?

Yes. B is scaled to A's size before overlaying. If the aspect ratios differ, scaling will distort B, so comparing images at the same resolution and aspect ratio gives the cleanest result.

Does the saved PNG include the divider line and labels?

Yes. It exports exactly what you see — the current divider position, the divider line, and (if enabled) the before / after labels. If you don't want the line or labels, turn labels off and move the divider to the edge before saving.

I need to know exactly which pixels changed.

This tool is a visual side-by-side wipe. If you want to know which pixels changed and by how much (as numbers or a heatmap), the Image Diff tool is a better fit.
