Design a stamp-rally master sheet for a summer festival, shopping street, school or company event by typing a title and a goal line, then print it on one A4 sheet. The number of stamp boxes is fully adjustable — columns (1–8) by rows (1–10) — so you can make 5, 6, 10 or 12 boxes just by typing the numbers. Boxes can be circles, squares or stars, and each box can be numbered 1, 2, 3… (numbers are drawn faintly so they stay readable under a stamp). You can add a write-in line under each box for the spot or checkpoint name, and a name/date row at the top of the sheet. The title sits large and centred, with the goal or prize line (e.g. "Collect them all for a prize!") below it, and text is shrunk automatically to fit the page width. Choose a serif (Mincho) or sans (Gothic) typeface, toggle an outer frame, and use top/left nudges (in mm) to correct for printer feed. The output is a white-background PNG you can print at A4 actual size onto card stock or plain paper. No Excel, Word or Illustrator template needed. Nothing you type is sent to a server or stored (only the style options are kept in your browser). Everything runs locally in your browser.

How to use

  1. Type the title and a goal / prize line.
  2. Choose the stamp grid (columns × rows) and box shape (circle, square, star), then add numbers, spot-name lines or a name/date row.
  3. Click "Download PNG" or "Print" and print on card stock or plain paper at A4 actual size.

FAQ

Can I freely change the number of stamp boxes (5, 10, etc.)?

Yes. Set the columns (1–8) and rows (1–10) separately, so 5×1 gives 5 boxes, 5×2 gives 10, 4×3 gives 12, and so on. Each box is drawn as a circle, square or star, and can be numbered 1, 2, 3… (the numbers are shown faintly).

Can I add the names of shops or checkpoints to each box?

Turn on "Spot-name lines" to draw a write-in line under each box, so you can hand-write the shop or checkpoint name after printing. You can also add a name/date row at the top. It draws the lines for you rather than pre-printing each spot name.

Does it work for a festival, shopping street or company event rally?

Yes. Put the event name in the title and the goal (e.g. "Collect them all for a prize!") in the line below, and set the grid to match how many spots there are. Change the typeface and box shape to suit a festival, shopping street, nursery or company event.

Do I need Excel or an app, and is anything I type uploaded?

No. You don't need an Excel, Word or app template — you can make the sheet on this page alone. The title and goal line are not sent to a server or stored; the sheet is generated entirely in your browser (only style options like grid size and typeface are kept locally for next time). Always print at actual size (100%, no scaling).
