Add one or more PDFs — every page appears below. Reorder or delete pages, then merge into one PDF or split each page into its own file.

Combine several PDFs into one, reorder the pages, drop the ones you don't need, or split a PDF back into one file per page — all free, with no upload, entirely inside your browser. Drag and drop one or more PDFs and every page appears as a thumbnail in a single list. Use "↑" and "↓" to reorder a page and "✕" to delete it, so you can pull just the pages you want from several PDFs and rebuild them into one. There are two output modes. "Merge" saves everything as a single PDF in the order shown (combining files, reordering, and deleting pages all happen in this one step). "Split" saves each page in the list as its own file, named `siutil-001.pdf`, `siutil-002.pdf`, and so on. Extracting just a few pages, or splitting by chapter, both happen on the same screen. Loading, editing, and exporting (rendering with pdf.js and page operations with pdf-lib) all run only in your browser; the PDF is never uploaded, stored, or sent to a server, so it's safe for confidential contracts or documents with personal data. This tool focuses on page-level merge, split, reorder, and delete. To turn a PDF into images, see PDF to Image; to combine images into a PDF, see Images to PDF; to strip author and other metadata, see Remove PDF Metadata.

    How to use

    1. Drag and drop your PDFs (you can add several at once). Every page appears as a thumbnail.
    2. Use "↑" / "↓" to reorder and "✕" to delete pages. Pick just the pages you want from multiple PDFs.
    3. Choose "Merge" to save one combined PDF, or "Split" to save each page as its own file. Your PDFs are never sent anywhere.

    FAQ

Are the PDFs I load sent to a server?

No. Both the page rendering (pdf.js) and the merge/split operations (pdf-lib) run entirely in your browser. The PDF is never uploaded, stored, or sent to a server, so it's safe for confidential contracts or documents containing personal data.

Can I combine several PDFs into one?

Yes. Drag and drop multiple PDFs and all of their pages appear in a single list. Arrange them in the order you want, choose "Merge", and download them as one PDF in that exact order.

Can I delete pages or change their order?

Yes. Under each page thumbnail, use "↑" / "↓" to reorder and "✕" to delete. Keep only the pages you need and choose "Merge" to effectively extract pages (removing the ones you don't want).

Can I split a PDF into one file per page?

Yes. Choose "Split" and each page in the list is saved as a single-page PDF named `siutil-001.pdf`, `siutil-002.pdf`, and so on. Reorder or delete first to split out only the pages you need.

    Can it handle password-protected PDFs?

It's designed for PDFs without viewing restrictions. Encrypted, password-protected PDFs may fail to load. If that happens, remove the password in your PDF viewer (re-save it) and then load it here.
