Make a print-ready can / pin badge template at the exact finish size (mm) with bleed and a safe area. Load your own image, scale and drag it into place, then save a 300-dpi PNG or print. Nothing is uploaded.

Prepare the artwork template for a custom can badge / pinback button — entirely in your browser, on a PC or phone. Pick a finish size from the common presets (25 / 32 / 38 / 44 / 54 / 57 / 75 mm) or type any size in millimeters, and it builds a full-size square template instantly. Because a badge's artwork wraps around the edge to the back, the template needs bleed: this tool lets you set the bleed width (5 mm by default) and overlays three guides — the outer bleed edge (pink), the round finish line (blue), and an inner safe line (green) marking the area that stays visible and isn't lost in the wrap. That makes it obvious how far to extend your artwork and how far inside to keep text and logos. Load your own image (photo, illustration, fan art) with the Load image button or by dragging it onto the canvas, then scale it with the slider and drag it with the mouse or a finger to position it. You can also set a background color so any area the image doesn't cover is still filled out to the bleed. When it's ready, Download PNG saves the full-size (300-dpi) template with no guide lines drawn on it — ready to submit to a badge shop or run on a button machine (32 mm, 57 mm, etc.). The Print button outputs the full-size template with guides on a blank page, handy as a stencil or under-drawing for a hand-made badge. Loading, placing, saving, and printing all happen inside your browser (canvas); your image is never uploaded, stored, or sent to a server. This tool provides the template (frame and guides) and positions an image you load yourself; it does not bundle or distribute anyone else's images or character art.

How to use

  1. Pick the finish size (32 / 44 / 57 mm, etc., or a custom mm value) and the bleed width.
  2. Load your own image with the button or by dragging it onto the canvas, then scale and drag it into place (and set a background color).
  3. Check the finish / bleed / safe guides, then Download PNG (no guides, 300 dpi — ready to submit) or Print (as a stencil). Your image is never uploaded.

FAQ

Is the image I load sent to a server?

No. Loading, positioning, saving, and printing all run entirely inside your browser (canvas). Your image is never uploaded, stored, or sent to a server, so you can use personal photos or fan art freely.

What are the bleed and safe lines for?

A badge's artwork wraps around the edge to the back. Bleed is the extra margin you extend color and art into so nothing shows a white rim once it wraps; the safe line marks the area that stays visible from the front, so keep text and logos inside it to avoid clipping.

Does the downloaded PNG include the guide lines?

No. The downloaded PNG is the clean, full-size (300-dpi) template with no guides, so you can submit it directly to a badge shop or button machine. If you want a printed copy with the guides, use Print instead.

Which sizes are supported?

Presets for 25 / 32 / 38 / 44 / 54 / 57 / 75 mm, plus a custom field for any size in millimeters. The bleed width is adjustable in mm too, so you can match the requirements of your button machine or print shop.

Can I use it without my own image?

Yes. Skip the image and just set a background color to get a full-size template with guides. Print it to use as a hand-drawing stencil, or use it as data for a plain solid-color badge.
