Paste the formatted signature into Gmail (Settings → Signature) or Outlook. The logo is embedded directly in the HTML (data URI) so nothing is uploaded — everything runs in your browser and your details are never stored.
Build the signature that goes at the bottom of your business emails. Enter your name, roman/English name, job title, department, company, phone, mobile, email, website, address and an optional one-line message, and a clean signature is assembled instantly with a live preview. Choose an accent color, a layout (logo on the left or stacked), a font (sans-serif, serif or monospace) and whether to show a divider line — these style choices are remembered next time. When you pick a logo image it is embedded directly into the HTML (as a data URI), so nothing is ever uploaded and even a signature with a logo is built entirely in your browser. Copy the finished signature three ways: "Copy signature (formatted)" pastes into Gmail (Settings → Signature) or Outlook with the logo, colors and links intact; "Copy HTML" gives you the HTML source; and "Copy plain text" gives a no-formatting version. Email and website fields become clickable links automatically. The name, contact details and other information you enter are never uploaded or stored — only the style options are kept in your browser. Everything runs locally.
How to use
- Enter the details you want in the signature — name, company, job title, phone, email, website and so on.
- Optionally choose a logo image (it is embedded in the HTML, so no upload), then pick an accent color, layout and font.
- Click "Copy signature (formatted)" and paste into Gmail (Settings → Signature) or Outlook — or copy the HTML / plain-text version instead.
FAQ
How do I add the signature to Gmail or Outlook?
Click "Copy signature (formatted)", then in Gmail paste it into Settings → General → Signature, or in Outlook paste it into Settings → Mail → Signature. The logo, colors and links come across as-is. If a client won't accept the paste, use "Copy HTML" to grab the HTML source and paste it into a client that supports HTML signatures.
Is my logo image uploaded? Is this safe?
No upload. The logo you pick is converted to a data URI in your browser and embedded inside the signature's HTML, so the image is never sent to a server — fine to use even with a confidential company logo. The name and contact details you type are likewise never uploaded or stored.
Will the embedded logo always show up in email?
Data-URI logos display in most clients, but a few environments (such as older Outlook) may block embedded images. If you need it to show everywhere, you can instead use a logo hosted at a public URL. This tool is aimed at the case where you'd rather not upload anything and just want a signature quickly, entirely in the browser.
Can I change the template or look?
Yes. You can choose an accent color, a layout (logo on the left or stacked), a font (sans-serif, serif or monospace) and whether to show a divider line. These style choices are saved in your browser and kept for next time. Your name and contact details are not saved, so re-enter them each session.
